DealGate vs HeyReach

DealGate vs HeyReach

HeyReach is cloud LinkedIn outreach for agencies and sales teams. The homepage describes unlimited senders, automatic rotation, and a unified inbox. DealGate is one Chrome session, aimed at booking a call, and it pauses for 48 hours when LinkedIn shows a warning. HeyReach's campaigns are the work DealGate marks coming soon. DealGate is not a multi-account sender.

Side by side

Where it runs

HeyReach

Cloud. The pricing FAQ says the Growth plan includes a residential proxy per sender, and that agency plans can bring their own proxies.

In the product

DealGate. Your Chrome, on the LinkedIn session already open. There is no cloud runner holding the login.

How a list starts

HeyReach

Imports from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot, and other tools, as the homepage lists them.

In the product

DealGate. Paste a LinkedIn people search or a Sales Navigator URL. DealGate keeps a named lead list.

Who gets worked

HeyReach

Campaign logic such as If Connected. An ICP score was not on the pages checked.

In the product

DealGate. Each person is scored against your ICP. First-degree connections and people you already have a thread with are left out.

The note

HeyReach

Messages and voice notes. Their homepage also describes AI agents that can create campaigns. This page does not test that.

Coming soon

DealGate. Coming soon.

Connection requests

HeyReach

Connection requests are a published action, rotated across the LinkedIn accounts you connect.

Coming soon

DealGate. Coming soon.

Follow-up sequence

HeyReach

Multi-step campaigns, including messages and voice notes, plus email tools they integrate (Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison).

Coming soon

DealGate. Coming soon.

Automatic profile visits

HeyReach

Profile views are a published action on the homepage.

In the product

DealGate. DealGate visits the profile in your Chrome, on your session, and counts it against the daily cap.

When LinkedIn warns you

HeyReach

Customers on their site talk about per-account limits. HeyReach's own performance percentages are marketing figures. They are not repeated here, and this page does not describe a 48-hour hold on their side.

In the product

DealGate. A checkpoint, captcha, or restriction banner pauses everything for 48 hours. That hold cannot be cleared early. You can also stop the next action yourself. Stopping does not shorten the hold.

After they reply

HeyReach

A unified inbox across the accounts you have connected, with replies as the thing the team works.

In the product

DealGate. The aim is a booked call. People who are warming up are the ones to book.

Price

HeyReach

heyreach.io/pricing shows a Growth price, an Agency price, and a higher bundle, and the labels move with the billing toggle. One figure would mislead. Use their pricing page.

In the product

DealGate. $0.99 for your first month, then $29/mo founding price ($49/mo list). One plan. Coming soon.

Path to a booked call

Booked calls are the outcome. A full accent bar is in the product. A short bar is coming soon. The outcome bar is the aim, not a shipped step.

Where the work runs
  • HeyReach

Their cloud. Several LinkedIn accounts, rotated. Proxies are part of how the pricing FAQ describes the plans.

  • DealGate

One Chrome profile. One LinkedIn session. No sender rotation.

Gaps

  • HeyReach's price is not copied. The pricing page shows more than one plan and the visible numbers depend on the billing toggle.
  • Acceptance rates and reply rates on their site are theirs. They are not used.
  • DealGate has no multi-account rotation, no whitelabel, and no email-tool sequence. Those are gaps against HeyReach's agency job, not a claim that the agency job is worse.

Questions

Is DealGate a HeyReach alternative for agencies?

HeyReach is built to rotate sending across many LinkedIn accounts. DealGate runs in one browser, on one session. An agency that needs many senders is in HeyReach's job. A person booking calls from their own LinkedIn is in DealGate's job.

Does DealGate rotate LinkedIn accounts?

No. There is one Chrome session. HeyReach's homepage is about unlimited senders and automatic rotation.

What does DealGate do when LinkedIn warns you?

A checkpoint, captcha, or restriction banner pauses everything for 48 hours. The hold cannot be cleared early. That is DealGate's pause. It is not a statement about HeyReach, and it is not a statement that LinkedIn will leave the account alone.
