Twelve habits, three per element of LinkedIn's Social Selling Index. Time estimates are ours, not LinkedIn's.

## Establish your professional brand (about 30 minutes a week, our estimate)

- [ ] Rewrite your headline so a buyer knows who you help in one line.
- [ ] Post once a week about a problem a buyer told you about (anonymised).
- [ ] Add one concrete result or example to your About section each month.

## Find the right people (about 20 minutes a week, our estimate)

- [ ] Write down your four ICP signals and only look for people who show them.
- [ ] Check who viewed or commented on your last post and note the ones who fit.
- [ ] Send a handful of personalised invitations to people you have a reason to contact.

## Engage with insights (about 30 minutes a week, our estimate)

- [ ] Leave three useful comments a week on posts by people who fit your ICP.
- [ ] Share one piece of someone else's work with a line on why it matters.
- [ ] Answer one question in a comment thread properly, not with a pitch.

## Build relationships (about 60 minutes a week, our estimate)

- [ ] Reply to everyone waiting on you before posting anything.
- [ ] Move one warm conversation one stage forward each day.
- [ ] Close threads that are not a fit, politely, so your inbox shows the real ones.
