Do this once, then review it monthly. None of it guarantees anything; it removes the most common causes LinkedIn names in its own help pages.

## Security

- [ ] Two-step verification is on.
- [ ] Your recovery email address is current.
- [ ] Your recovery phone number is current.
- [ ] You've signed out of sessions you don't recognise.

## Identity

- [ ] Your profile uses your real name (LinkedIn's User Agreement: one account, in your real name).
- [ ] Your photo is of you.
- [ ] Your experience and education are accurate.

## Extensions and tools

- [ ] You've listed every browser extension that touches LinkedIn, and what each one does.
- [ ] No one else has your LinkedIn password or session cookie (no agency logins).

## Invitations

- [ ] You only send invitations to people you have a reason to contact.
- [ ] You pace invitations through the week instead of sending them in one burst.
- [ ] You've set your own daily and weekly invitation caps, and any tool that sends invitations for you uses the same caps or lower. LinkedIn doesn't publish its weekly number, so pick one you can write a real note for.
- [ ] Each week you check the invitations you sent against your caps.
- [ ] If LinkedIn says you've reached the invitation limit, you hold invitations until it lifts.
- [ ] You review and withdraw stale pending invitations once a month.
