For a team of one to five. Forty-five minutes, the first Monday of the month. You are the success team. Write in sentences, not scores.

## The list

For every current client:

- [ ] Name, and the one person on your team who owns the relationship.
- [ ] Date you last spoke, and who spoke last.
- [ ] The outcome they bought, and the last time they actually had it.
- [ ] Anything they used to ask for that has gone quiet.

## The same morning

- [ ] Reply to anyone who spoke last and is still waiting. Oldest first.
- [ ] Send one useful check-in to the client whose last contact is oldest. About their work, not your news.
- [ ] If someone cancelled since last month, write their reason in their words. One question is enough: "What were you hoping this would do?"

## Before you spend on ads

- [ ] For the last group of people who arrived, write one line on why they stayed or why they left.
- [ ] If you cannot write that line, do not increase ad spend this month.

No targets and no industry benchmarks on this sheet. The number that matters is the one on your own list.
